मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरणसम्बन्धी जरूरी सूचना
नेपाल सरकार मन्त्रीपरिषद्को मिति २०७५/०१/२४ को निर्णय तथा मिति २०७५/०१/३१ को नेपाल राजपत्रमा प्रकाशित खण्ड ६८ भाग ५ को वैदेशिक रोजगार सम्बन्धी मागपत्र जाँचबुझ निर्देशिका, २०७५ मा व्यवस्था भए बमोजिम यूएइमा रहेका रोजगारदाता कम्पनीहरुले नेपाली कामदारहरूको मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरणका लागि निम्न प्रकारका कागजातहरु दूतावास समक्ष पेश गर्नुपर्ने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत सम्बन्धित सबैमा सूचित गरिन्छ ।
Requirements for Group Demand Attestation
- An Application Form
- Duly Attested Standard Demand Letter (Original and a photocopy)
- Standard Employment Contracts for each category (Original and a photocopy)
- Power of Attorney (Original and a photocopy)
- Two Party Agreement (Original and a photocopy)
- Guarantee Paper (Original and a photocopy)
- Valid ID copy of the Sponsor/Owner and the Submittant and Valid Trade/Commercial License of the Company and the Nepali Manpower Agency
- Authentic Quota Paper and Authorized Person (Owner/HR Manager/PRO) of the company to submit and collect the documents.
- Salary Sheet of the last 3 months of all Nepali Workers being employed in the Company.
- Soft Copy of the Name List with emirates ID and contact numbers of all Nepali Workers being employed in the company
- Company and Accommodation Visit will be carried out by the embassy prior to the demand verification.
